We use this in our spinning class at the gym and it is GREAT!!!! We never stop moving……

BMP to fast for ellipitcal or treadmill. Music was of poor selection. I wasn’t moving and grooving. But, it does keep you instep.

After listening to Cardio 2 which was very good, Cardio 3 was a real disappointment. It did not sound like original artist music to me. The beat was fast, which was okay, but I tried listening twice, and I couldn’t stand it. I like disco, but this was garbage.

For me, this music is fantastic. It lasts exactly one hour, which is perfect for my workout. I also like that the beat keeps you pumping at a high level. I haven’t yet gotten bored with the music, and I like that one song just merges into the next without any pause. I would like to get another Shape Cardio tape based on this purchase, but am having trouble after reading the reviews, and listening to some of the selections. I definitely want to keep the BPM’s higher than 125…any suggestions?
