
I think this exercise routine is perfect for someone (like me) who has not exercised in a long time and needs to get up and start. It starts with a warm up and then increases in 5 minute sections that you move along to at your own pace.
The routine is easy and not boring and has definitely helped me feel less stiff and more energized.

These bands are very strong. I broke my right arm, and I need to make exercise with band, and this product help to me a have again a perfect arm.
Product was inexpensive and works just like the ones I got from my physical therapist. Three different resistance levels and latex free which is nice as latex irritates my skin a bit.
Shipping was also quick.
I don’t have a latex alergy, but these were a bit less expensive so I purchased them. I found that they kinda have a funny smell that never really goes away, and after a few workouts one of them broke in half. Anyway, I still use one of them, but I really prefer to use the latex ones instead.
These are not your flimsy exercise bands. They are really strong, and seem very durable. They should last a long time.
Shipping was fast and they were what I expected. Great for workouts. I had no problems with them.
Every swimmer should own a stretch band and should be doing rotator cuff shoulder exercises with it. At some point during your swim career you will probably develop at least shoulder discomfort. Shoulder exercises with a stretch band will help stop the discomfort. Do not swim through the pain as many coaches suggest – fix the problem!!!
Don’t waste your money. I bought the medium resistance band it should be called the NO RESISTANCE BAND.
i like the black thera band because it actually provides resistance. i used to use the other colors, but i never felt like my ankle was improving with them. with the black one i can feel my ankle working.
For anyone looking for a replacement band for EA Sports: Active, keep in mind that the band the game comes with is about on par with Thera-Band’s “Medium” (Red) rating. In all honesty, you should get either black or gold (hardest) bands, as the medium band isn’t going to be terribly useful for most people. Basically, if it feels like the band exercises are way too easy, and you’re coming here for a step up, go as high as you can, and worst-case, pick up the hardest and second-hardest bands.
If you’re here because your band broke and are fine with the strength level of the band that came with, go red, it’s nearly identical.
The Ease-in video is an excellent introduction for both beginners and people who have not exercised recently. Mirabai’s introduction is informative as to the benefits of exercise to both your body and health in general.
Beginning with the 5 minute warm-up each segment is slow and very easy to follow. As you move on to the additional segments, it continues to be slow and not overwhelming, nor is it intimidating.
Since Mirabai makes it all look very easy to follow and understand, I know that I will continue to use this to build up my stamina and go on to additional excercise.
I live in a 55 and over community. Not that we are “old”, but, it is nice to find a DVD that addresses a less stressful exercise program. We had another DVD that was not geared to older individuals. This DVD is excellent and less strenuous.

Good dvd for those starting back into exercise. Just when you start to feel the difference, your exercise is over. These are not different exercises; each one just builds on the previous. I would recommend it for those who do little to no exercise.

Hey, while you’ve been sitting there watching Oprah, I’ve been spending a few minutes every afternoon learning how to ease in to exercise with Mirabai Holland’s “Moving Free (Longevity Solution)(Ease-in) Exercise DVD By Mirabai Holland” DVD. I didn’t really think I’d be having a good time with this, but from the first five-minute segment, Mirabai made me know I knew could do it. I just did a little bit at a time until I could do the whole thing: warm up, cardio, stretching, cardio, stretching and cool down. Bang! I got up to the 30 minutes in a couple of weeks, and now it’s the quickest 30 minutes of my day.
I never received the items I ordered. No one answered my email or my phone calls regarding the order. I hope you will not order from this source as it is highly suspect.
Although the product got here by the delivery date, it broke the second time i used this. I have never had this happen with a thera-band
